Kat is a people-centered strategist with a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a passion for turning feedback into meaningful insight. She specializes in transforming survey data and employee input into clear, actionable stories that support internal communication, engagement and organizational effectiveness. She helps teams connect the dots between people’s experiences and business priorities.

Before joining bink, Kat worked in employee selection, partnering with public sector organizations to design fair, data-driven hiring practices. Her work focused on using research and analysis to support job-relevant, legally defensible assessments that help organizations make confident, equitable talent decisions. She holds a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology from Elmhurst University and thrives at the intersection of data, strategy and human behavior.
