Susan specializes in building organized, clear project roadmaps that keep teams informed and aligned, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Before joining bink, Susan developed her expertise as a project manager at both large and boutique advertising agencies in Boston and Chicago, where she implemented efficient, scalable creative processes that supported team growth and evolving service offerings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in marketing and a minor in communication from Stonehill College.
