Sarah brings 10+ years of employee engagement and internal communication experience, building strategic and inclusive people-centered initiatives and content with a focus on intention and accountability. She excels at observing and understanding employees’ specific needs to create thoughtful and impactful initiatives that support business goals.

Before joining bink, Sarah led employee engagement strategy at enterprise software organizations. There she saw how critical intentional, employee-centric strategies and communications are, especially when things are moving quickly – and how detrimental it can be when employees become an afterthought. She is passionate about helping organizations foster engagement and cohesion through times of change and uncertainty.
