Sara Richmond has 18 years of experience leading communications, guiding organizations through change, and driving workplace transformation strategies. She helps companies enable people and technology to drive business results through strong change management and communication strategies. At bink, she helps life science organizations align internal efforts with their go-to-market strategy while cultivating a culture where employees can do their best work.
Sara previously led HR and communication at four high-growth companies and spent 10 years in the healthcare industry. Once upon a time, her passion for helping people through change led her to a career in counseling, but she soon realized that those skills could be applied to organizations. She has master’s degrees in business administration (MBA) and mental health counseling (MSEd), and she is a certified senior HR (SHRM-SCP) and change management professional (CMP).
