Sara started her career in talent acquisition, where she learned about engagement, retention, and recruiting strategy, igniting her passion for organizational communication and human resources strategy. Eager to use her Journalism degree for something beyond becoming an expert interviewer, Sara seized every opportunity to transition to internal communication and change management, merging her love of language with her passion for wholistic, organizational strategy.
