With over ten years of experience in strategic communication, Lauren works to enhance employees’ connection to their organization and the behaviors that help them do their best work. Known for her expertise in strategy execution and distilling complexity, she plays a crucial role in developing impactful strategies that meet employees where they are with what they need, bringing them along on a change journey.
Before joining bink, Lauren worked across multiple industries to develop best-in-class communication strategies in a variety of communication disciplines including public relations, marketing and internal communications. Her background in strategic narrative and campaign development informs her approach to creating effective solutions for clients that inspire clarity and action. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a specialization in public relations from Michigan State University.
