Ann Melinger

Chief Executive Officer she/her/hers

Ann has spent her entire 25-year career dedicated to strengthening the connection between leadership’s vision and and employees’ day-to-day experiences – because when that connection is strong, organizations thrive. As CEO and owner of bink, Ann is proud to lead a group of brilliant advisors who understand that effective internal communication is a critical business enabler, not a check-the-box function. A top-rated speaker on topics of leadership, employee engagement and driving change, Ann is frequently invited to address audiences at industry conferences, webinars and workshops.

Prior to bink, Ann has worked in some of the world’s largest communications agencies, including Golin and Fleishman Hillard, advising dozens of global organizations, with a particular focus on life sciences companies, where enabling employee performance can truly change lives. A graduate of Syracuse University (Go Orange!), Ann lives in New York City with her husband, two teenagers and one scruffy dog.

I think bink is a special place to work because:

“It’s a truly employee-driven organization. Thanks to our size, each individual’s ideas and contributions are constantly shaping who we are. Sometimes when I feel the frustration of how hard it is for employees to contribute when working inside large enterprises, I’m encouraged by how meaningfully each person at bink can make a difference.”

I could talk hours about:

“Broadway musicals.”

It’s 3pm on a Saturday – you can find me:

“You can find me strolling in the park with my dog, binge watching Netflix or taking a nap.”
