With over a decade of experience leading teams and projects, Lindsay McCleary has spent the past seven+ years at bink, where she built the Project Management Office from the ground up and grew it into a full-service Operations team, encompassing tech operations, people operations, and creative services. A certified PMP with a focus on business strategy and collaborative leadership, Lindsay tackles complex business challenges with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
As a member of the leadership team, she has played a key role in aligning operations with company goals and fostering a culture of transparency and innovation. Previously, Lindsay managed multimillion dollar digital projects at Lowe’s and led digital operations at NASCAR, where she strengthened cross-functional teams and implemented effective project management practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Pittsburgh.
